I have enjoyed using these as a word work station. I like that this is differentiated. I added lines to the back and have students use some of the words in sentences.

This was an amazing activity for my intervention group that was not quite low enough to go with the intervention specialist but still needed extra work on concepts with practice that didn’t overwhelm them!

We love this resource! This has been such a great way to practice, review and warm up during my small reading group times. Students love working with a partner to review these sorts at the independent center and I love having a ready to go activity to warm us up as we move through our phonics lessons. Sometimes we do the cut and past, but we also have practice writing by using the words as a word bank and putting the pages into a sleeve. Super versatile!

This resource has been an amazing start to my phonics patterns for the week. It gets them thinking about the patterns and could also be used as a checkup later in the week.
