More About This Resource
The science of reading has proven that connecting phonemes (sounds) to graphemes (letters) aids students in the orthographic mapping process. This process allows students to permanently store words into their sight word memories. Using this resource, students will tap the sound they hear in a word and then map the graphemes that create those phoneme sounds.

This is a great resource! I appreciate how the sounds are organized. I can easily pull what I need for individual student needs or for whole group phonics work.
Phyllis Zimmer -The Primary Club –
Fantastic resource! I use this during small group for targets skills and during whole group instruction as an add-on for Saxon Phonics. I love that the words they decode at the top do not always match the words they are writing at the bottom and that there are multiple words with the same sounds – it is not memorizing a list like so many other products, or students using beginning sounds to figure out which word is which.

This has been great to use to support my grade 1’s as they build phonetic and word skills. I started to use as part of my reader/writer workshop once a week.
